We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support at contact@qilinlibrary.com with your order number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Thailand: Contact us for the adresse.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a solution at no extra cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., opened consumables, personal care items) cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
