Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a solution at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., opened consumables, personal care items) cannot be returned.
